  16. Angeles. Sargent's talent for light comedy came to the fore
  17. during his three years on the TV fantasy Bewitched; Sargent
  18. seamlessly replaced his predecessor, Dick York, in the role
  19. of advertising executive Darrin Stephens, harried husband of
  20. suburban witch Elizabeth Montgomery. In 1991 Sargent announced
  21. to the public that he was gay.
